Siamo alla ricerca di un Event Producer Freelance

Hai esperienza nell'organizzazione di eventi e un'attenzione maniacale ai dettagli?

Ti piace lavorare in un ambiente dinamico e creativo, gestendo progetti dalla pianificazione alla realizzazione?

Siamo un’agenzia specializzata nella produzione di eventi corporate, eventi moda, design, automotive, lanci di prodotto e stiamo cercando un Event Producer Freelance che possa supportarci nella gestione dei nostri prossimi progetti.

Cosa farai:

- Coordinare e supervisionare ogni fase dell’evento: dalla pianificazione iniziale al giorno della realizzazione.
- Gestire fornitori, location, logística e allestimenti.
- Collaborare con il team creativo per assicurare una perfetta esecuzione del concept.
- Creare presentazioni, moodboard e layout per i clienti.
- Monitorare il budget e garantire il rispetto delle scadenze.

Requisiti:

- Esperienza pregressa nella produzione di eventi (almeno 3 anni).
- Ottime capacità organizzative e di problem solving.
- Conoscenza avanzata dei principali pacchetti Office (in particolare Excel e PowerPoint).
- Gradita la familiarità con software di progettazione e gráfica come Adobe InDesign, Illustrator e strumenti per render (es. SketchUp, AutoCAD o simili).
- Capacità di lavorare sotto pressione e rispettare scadenze ravvicinate.
- Disponibilità a viaggiare, se necessario.
- Conoscenza fluente di italiano e inglese.
- Passione per il mondo degli eventi.
