Il ruolo Stiamo cercando una persona da inserire come Customer Success Manager , figura chiave nel garantire il successo dei nostri clienti nel tempo, attraverso una gestione strategica della relazione, il monitoraggio delle performance e lo sviluppo del valore dei servizi. Responsabilità Gestire la relazione con clienti strategici come punto di riferimento consulenziale Coordinare onboarding, kick-off progettuali e adozione dei servizi Condurre Business Review periodiche con PM e Service Manager Monitorare KPI, performance e customer satisfaction Supportare la gestione delle Change Request e delle evoluzioni di servizio Collaborare con i team interni per garantire qualità, continuità e rispetto di SLA e contratti Individuare opportunità di miglioramento, innovazione e crescita della partnership Esperienza in ruoli di Customer Success, Account Management o post-vendita B2B , preferibilmente in ambito digital/tech Capacità di coordinamento e gestione di progetti complessi Buone competenze analitiche e utilizzo di CRM e KPI Ottime capacità relazionali, comunicative e di problem solving Orientamento al cliente e ai risultati Solida conoscenza delle dinamiche e delle soluzioni in ambito Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Ambiente inclusivo e attento alle persone (certificazione SA8000 ) Ruolo strategico con impatto diretto sul business Contesto dinamico, in crescita e orientato all’innovazione Progetti di trasformazione digitale sfidanti Cultura basata su collaborazione e miglioramento continuo Pari opportunità Datlas valorizza la diversità e promuove le pari opportunità .
