Controller (m/f/d) Join to apply for the Controller (m/f/d) role at cosnova Italia . Location: Milan. Responsibilities Preparation and organization of monthly and annual closings, as well as budget and forecasting processes. Creation and continuous improvement of management reports and profitability analyses for decision-making. Independent preparation of variance analyses and ad hoc analyses with actionable recommendations. Contribution to financial analysis of key investments and support for initiatives aimed at efficiency and cost optimization. Further development of reporting tools (e.g., dashboards/cockpits) and internal analyses in cooperation with Headquarters. Participation in internal projects related to process improvement and system development (including AI tools). Support in cost controlling with focus on general and administrative costs, logistics, and CAPEX, ensuring cross-functional collaboration. Business partnering with specialized departments (including Sales) to support budget preparation, forecasting, and customer strategy discussions. Preparation of regular KPI reports and performance analyses (e.g., Profit and Loss (P.L.), customer Profit and Loss (P.L.)) for internal and external stakeholders. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Controlling, preferably in FMCG/consumer goods. Strong analytical skills, process understanding, and eagerness to continuously learn. Structured, reliable, independent working style with strong team spirit. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet critical deadlines (e.g., closing, budget, forecast). Proactive, goal-oriented, hands-on approach. Very good knowledge of SAP, MS Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Business Intelligence tools is a plus. Excellent written and spoken English.
