Synergie Italia , agenzia per il lavoro, filiale di Roma Appia, ricerca per azienda cliente un / una Operations & Guest Experience Specialist la risorsa si occuperà di Accoglienza clienti : accogliere visitatori, clienti e fornitori con cortesia e professionalità, registrando gli accessi e indirizzandoli al personale appropriato Gestione Comunicazioni : rispondere, filtrare e inoltrare le chiamate telefoniche in entrata con efficienza, gestendo anche la corrispondenza e le email generiche Supporto amministrativo Prenotazioni : Si occupa di programmare tutti i check-in e check-out necessari, assicurarsi che lo stato dei pagamenti sia in regola e la burocrazia perfettamente allineata con le normative vigenti. Gestione prospect, organizzazione e gestione calendario visite commerciali Customer care : gestione richieste inquilini, gestione richieste amministrazioni, proprietà, assicurazioni, gestione fornitori esterni Si richiede : conoscenza della Lingua inglese diploma di maturità disponibilità immediata esperienza pregressa nella mansione conoscenza di excel, google calendar e dei principali strumenti informatici Si offre iniziale contratto a tempo determinato a scopo assuntivo.
