JOB PURPOSE The Key Account is responsible for executing sales plans, managing trade investment and customer communication. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Negotiate, plan, and lead trade negotiations. Develop full‑year plans and monitor progress. Achieve sales targets and drive market contribution. Manage promotional programs defined by Trade Marketing for the concessionaries. Understand customer needs and requirements. Develop and implement long‑term strategies to retain clients. Resolve customer complaints promptly. Manage internal communications between clients and internal teams. WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED Strong result orientation. Excellent interpersonal skills. Proactivity, enterprising spirit, entrepreneurial mentality. Problem solving and flexible reasoning. Dynamism. Ability to work in a team. Bachelor/Master graduate in Economics or related discipline.
