We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our growing team for our Genoa branch. Position Overview As a Sales Representative in freight forwarding, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities. Your role will involve understanding client needs, providing customized solutions, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the freight forwarding sector. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Understand customer requirements and propose suitable logistics solutions. Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field will be preferred. Strong negotiation and communication skills toward building and maintaining client relationships. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
