Claire Joster, società di ricerca e selezione, è alla ricerca di un/una Sales Operations – Categorie Protette (L.68/99) per una realtà italiana storica e consolidata, attiva a livello nazionale e internazionale. La risorsa supporterà il team commerciale e i venditori nella gestione quotidiana delle attività interne, in particolare: · Inserimento e gestione ordini clienti nel gestionale aziendale; · Coordinamento delle spedizioni, interfacciandosi con magazzino e logistica; · Supportoalla fatturazione e alle attività amministrative correlate; · Attivitàdi sollecito e recupero crediti in collaborazione con l’ufficio amministrativo; · Gestionedellecomunicazioni con clienti e agenti; · Verificadisponibilità prodotti e aggiornamento sui tempi di consegna; · Archiviazione documentale e supporto generale al reparto vendite. Profilo ideale: · Iscrizione alle categorie protette (L.68/99) · Preferibile sperienza in ruoli analoghi (inside sales, back office, segreteria commerciale amministrazione o customer service); · Buona dimestichezza con strumenti informatici e software gestionali; · Laurea in materie economiche; · Attitudine al lavoro in team e alla gestione di attività multitasking.
