La risorsa, inserita all’interno del dipartimento commerciale, ha il compito di organizzare, gestire e monitorare la formazione per professionisti nel settore haircare, secondo le direttive sales e le linee guida aziendali. Più nello specifico, tra le mansioni sono previste le seguenti attività: 1.Raccolta dei fabbisogni formativi Collettare informazioni dei bisogni formativi del team commerciale/dei tecnici; Monitorare/gestire il budget dedicato. 2.Supportare la progettazione e la pianificazione della formazione tecnica sia in Italia che all’estero Monitorare il budget; Allinearsi sucontenuti, metodi didattici e strumenti; Identificare la location e gli stakeholders da coinvolgere (tecnici, clienti, partner, fornitori, distributori); Organizzare le sessioni di formazione ed inviare le agende. 3.Valutazione dell’apprendimento e dell’efficacia Somministrare test, quiz e questionari di gradimento; Misurare i risultati della formazione (KPI, performance post-formazione). 4.Aggiornamento continuo dei contenuti formativi Adattare i materiali formativi in base al mercato e alle esigenze aziendali. 5.Gestione delle dotazioni (prodotti, materiali) Monitorare tutti gli strumeti necessari al personale tecnico per l’erogazione della formazione; Invio dei materiali di comunicazione in accordo con il Marketing. Requisiti Padronanza professionale completa della lingua inglese; Disponibilitàa numerose trasferte; Ottime capacità comunicative e relazionali; Forti capacità analitiche e della gestione del tempo; Comprovata esperienza pregressa nella formazione, minimo 2/4 anni.
