If you are passionate about analytics and eager to design solutions with Power BI, collaborating with business teams and empowering advanced users, this is your opportunity.We are looking for a Senior Power BI Specialist who will be based in our Brugherio (MB) offices, with a hybrid work model.Your ResponsibilitiesBuild advanced dashboards, reports, and data models using Power BI to support business decision-making.Connect, transform, and model data from multiple sources (MS Fabric, SQL databases, APIs, cloud services) ensuring accuracy and consistency.Implement best practices for DAX queries, data modeling, and report performance tuning.Work closely with business analysts, data engineers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable BI solutions.Apply row‑level security, manage workspaces, and ensure compliance with data governance policies.Maintain clear documentation for data models, processes, and BI architecture; enforce development standards.Guide junior developers and power users contribute to knowledge sharing within the company.Stay updated on Power BI features and recommend enhancements to existing solutions.Your ProfileBachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, information technology or similar.Proven track record of at least 8 years of work experience in roles related to BI reporting and analytics, with at least 6 years of experience in Power BI.Experienced in multinational and geographically distributed work environments.Certification in Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst.Advanced proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, and Power BI Gateway.Strong knowledge of DAX, Power Query (M), and data modeling principles.Experience with SQL and relational databases; familiarity with ETL processes.Understanding of data warehousing, star / snowflake schemas, and data architecture.Ability to interpret complex business requirements and translate them into efficient BI solutions.Excellent communication and stakeholder management.We offerA high level of responsibility and the opportunity to grow and develop.Being part of a global team using state‑of‑the‑art technologies.A very welcoming, supportive and collaborative team spirit and an open company culture.Why OerlikonTeam Spirit is one of our core values.
