Dev Engineer Frontend

The Dev Engineer (Frontend) is accountable for development and maintenance of the new web application and app, using the latest technologies. In this role, following functional and technical analysis, you ensure the implementations that comply with the standards relating to perfomance, security and code maintainability, with respect of time and budget during all phases. Join us for this exciting opportunityKey ResponsibilitiesApplication development according to ING Bank standardsWork with project teams to ensure adherence with the solution design according to Designer, Business analyst, Architect, Release & Configuration Team and the Application managerDevelop source code and perform Unit TestWork with Release and Configuration teams in order to manage code sourcing in the right way, merge code and resolve code conflicts in timeFollow bug-fixing during test phase (SIT and UAT)Follow Production issue resolution in production environmentDelivery defect analysis in order to measure and recognize the goodness of solution designCheck and give feedback on functional and technical analysisManage communication and escalation processes when requiredRequirementsDegree in Computer Science or equivalent3+ years’ experience in the same role in a 24/7 environment preferably within banking sectorProven skills in the Agile way of workingProven experience in application development with Angular / ReactGood knowledge of issue and code versioning tools (Jira, Bitbucket, Azure, Git)Excellent knowledge of digital channelsGood knowledge of IT TechnologiesGood Italian and English level (written and spoken)Good knowledge of Microsoft OfficeNice to haveExperience in application development with REST architectureKnowledge on web components developmentKnowledge of Java programming languageKnowledge of Spring Framework and its several modules (core, boot, web, mvc, data, security and more)Knowledge of DBMS and SQL (Oracle, PL/SQL)Passion for technologyExcellence in executionResult orientedTeam playerProblem solvingEffective communicationAble to work under pressureDurationPermanentAbout INGING offers many opportunities to build a diverse and rewarding career.
