HR Business PartnerSummary of responsibilities:RecruitingCollaborate with managers in definition of personnel requirements and organizational development, coordinating with Talent AcquisitionEnsure mapping of roles and responsibilities and Job DescriptionsLearning and DevelopmentCollect development requirements, coordinating with Learning & Development in defining training and development plansMonitor goal settingMonitor and track periodic evaluation of staff.Responsible for creation of career plans within supported DepartmentOrganizationUpdate organizational chart for the relevant functionsDeliver Exit interviewFollow-up on employee performancesAdmin & LegalMonitor probation/contract deadlines and collect feedback from line managersTime and attendance supervision and controlMonitor Compensation and Benefits internal equity and progressionMonitor HR KPIs to identify risks and opportunitiesSupport Department manager in dealing with disciplinary/legal issues, seeking external advise when necessaryManager and Employees SupportProvide support to line managers for all HR topicsEnsure a culture where employees are valued.Collaborate with HSE department when necessaryBe the employee contact for any escalation or concernKey Performance MeasuresN/ARequirements:Education & ExperienceBachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field5+ years of experience in HRTechnical Skills & Knowledge Required (specific skills and knowledge required for the position)Proficiency in HR software (e.g., HRIS systems, payroll software) and Microsoft Office SuiteKnowledge of employment laws and best HR practicesBehavioral Competences RequiredStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsHigh level of confidentiality and discretionAttention to detailProblem-solving skillsLanguage RequirementsFluent spoken and written English is a mustOther RequirementsValid EU work permitWilling to relocate to Trieste on short noticeHHLA PLT Italy is part of HHLA Group, with over 6.400 employees worldwide.
