Per un nostro cliente, realtà leader nel proprio settore, azienda internazionale in fase di rapida accelerazione, siamo alla ricerca un/una HR Business Partner da inserire a diretto riporto dell'HR Director.La figura avrà un ruolo strategico nel garantire l'allineamento tra gli obiettivi HR e le strategie di business, operando come punto di riferimento autorevole per la gestione e valorizzazione di una popolazione professionale eterogenea (Funzioni Corporate, Sales & Marketing, R&D) caratterizzata da elevata competenza tecnica e spessore manageriale.Principali responsabilitàPartnership strategica: collaborare con il leadership team per comprendere le priorità aziendali e sviluppare strategie HR in linea con gli obiettivi di business.Agire da consulente di fiducia per i leader, supportando l' evoluzione organizzativa ed accompagnando il cambiamento.Gestione di popolazioni professionali di alto profilo: presidiare le dinamiche HR di una popolazione manageriale e tecnica di alto livello, garantendo la valorizzazione delle competenze e il corretto design organizzativo.Stakeholder management: gestire relazioni complesse e diversificate, interfacciandosi quotidianamente con funzioni di business, corporate e centri di competenza specialistici.Gestione dei processi HR in collaborazione con i Centri di Eccellenza (CoE): lavorare in sinergia con i CoE dedicati ai processi di Talent Acquisition, Learning, Development e Performance Management ed Administration.Gestire per la popolazione di riferimento i processi di Workforce Planning, Compensation & Benefit, Industriali Relations, garantendo la corretta declinazione delle linee guida HR a livello locale.Change Management: supportare progetti di trasformazione organizzativa, promuovendo un mindset orientato alla crescita e al miglioramento continuo.Profilo ricercatoLaurea in discipline umanistiche, economiche o giuridiche.Consolidata esperienza nel ruolo di HR Business Partner o posizione analoga in contesti moderni, internazionali, ad elevata complessità organizzativa.Eccellenti capacità relazionali, comunicative e di leadership, con spiccata attitudine alla gestione di interlocutori manageriali e tecnici di alto livello.Flessibilità e attitudine alla gestione del cambiamento.Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.Disponibilità a frequenti trasferte sul territorio nazionale.Intermedia Selection, società leader in Italia nella ricerca e selezione di professional e middle management, è presente in Italia con più di 35 consulenti tra gli uffici di Milano e Roma.Autorizzazione del ministero del lavoro n° *****/RS#J-*****-Ljbffr
