Overview The role ensures global compliance of packaging food contact materials across Europe, Asia and the Americas, defining processes, policies and standards while supporting local teams in all regions. The role is with a Leading FMCG company in the Food & Beverage sector, known for its innovation, global reach, and commitment to quality. Responsibilities Implement the global FCM compliance framework (strategy, policies, procedures, systems) across Europe, Asia and the Americas. Monitor and interpret regulatory updates in key countries across these three regions. Assess impacts on packaging materials and define action plans aligned with regional requirements. Coordinate testing protocols and evaluate laboratory results from internal and external labs worldwide. Conduct risk assessments and maintain accurate technical documentation, including Declarations of Compliance (DoCs), across all regions. Act as the main reference point for local packaging teams in Europe, Asia and the Americas, supporting training and capability‑building activities. Manage relationships with external partners (testing laboratories, legislation monitoring services, training providers) across global markets. Profile Scientific degree (Food Science, Chemistry, Material Science, Biology/Biotech, Toxicology or similar). 8+ years' experience in FCM compliance within international environments; at least 3 years in the Food Industry. Strong knowledge of food contact regulations, testing methodologies and documentation. Analytical mindset, attention to detail, solid organizational and project management skills. Ability to influence stakeholders, communicate complex topics clearly, and work in multicultural fast-paced contexts.
