The Role: We are seeking an experienced and results‑driven Business Transformation Manager to join our team. In this key role, he/she will lead the development and execution of our strategy, ensuring that the organization makes data‑driven decisions across all departments. Additionally, he/she will take the lead in driving our internal transformation program and facilitate the successful rollout of a new organizational structure across MEA. He/she will work closely with senior leadership to shape the transformation roadmap and act as a strategic partner to business units, ensuring tools, processes, and insights align with overall company objectives. Lead the design and execution of change management plans and organizational transformation, ensuring smooth adoption by teams across MEA. Drive the internal transformation program, ensuring that organizational changes are supported by the necessary BI insights, process improvements, and technology tools. Partner with senior management to communicate the vision, goals, and impact of the transformation efforts, fostering alignment and ensuring effective execution. Drive the rollout of the new organizational structure across MEA. Monitor the progress of the organizational rollout, adjusting plans as necessary and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Business Intelligence & Data Strategy: Oversee the creation and maintenance of dashboards, reports, and other analytics tools to ensure stakeholders have access to relevant, real‑time data to drive decision‑making. Ensure the quality, accuracy, and consistency of data across business functions and systems. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify key business drivers, define KPIs, and build actionable insights. Lead the design and execution of data models and BI solutions to support business intelligence initiatives. Business Development, Market Potential Analysis & Market Expansion: Support the MEA Sales Directors in identifying and evaluating new business opportunities, conducting thorough market potential analyses to assess growth prospects. Develop and implement strategic plans for market expansion, leveraging data‑driven insights to identify target markets and customer segments. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design and execute go‑to‑market strategies, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform business development initiatives and drive competitive advantage. Stakeholder Management & Leadership: Act as the primary point of contact for senior leadership and business units, providing guidance, support, and insights on all transformation‑related matters. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of transformation strategy with broader business goals. Continuously evaluate the BI landscape, recommending and implementing improvements to systems, tools, and processes. Stay up‑to‑date with the latest trends and technologies, identifying opportunities to incorporate innovative solutions into the organization. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, helping the organization leverage data and analytics to drive competitive advantage. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus. Minimum of 5‑8 years of experience in Strategic Roles, Business Intelligence, data analytics, or a related field. Proven experience leading transformation initiatives within complex, multinational organizations. Excellent knowledge of organizational transformation and change management processes, with the ability to drive cross‑functional alignment and adoption of new structures. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and quality. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Experience working in a EMEA or multinational environment, with an understanding of the cultural and operational nuances across regions. Fluent in English; additional European/Arabic languages are a plus. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with cloud‑based BI platforms (e.g., Azure, PowerBI, AWS, Google Cloud).
