e-work sede di Parma ricerca, per azienda cliente operante nel settore trasporti, una figura di Addetto / a Junior all’Amministrazione del Personale da inserire all’interno dell’ufficio risorse umane della sede di San Polo di Torrile (PR). Attività principali : Inserimento e controllo delle presenze del personale ai fini dell’elaborazione delle buste paga Gestione e aggiornamento delle anagrafiche dipendenti e dei dossier individuali Supporto all’organizzazione del personale (turni, ferie, permessi, reperibilità) Coordinamento e monitoraggio dei corsi di formazione e aggiornamento obbligatori Collaborazione con il Responsabile Sicurezza per la gestione della documentazione relativa alla sicurezza sul lavoro (D.Lgs. 81 / 08) Requisiti richiesti : Diploma o laurea ad indirizzo economico, giuridico o risorse umane Esperienza, anche minima, in ambito amministrativo o gestione del personale Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office, in particolare Excel Precisione, riservatezza e rispetto della confidenzialità dei dati personali Capacità organizzative, attenzione al dettaglio e propensione al lavoro di squadra Offerta : Iniziale contratto a tempo determinato finalizzato all’assunzione Orario di lavoro : 8 : 30 – 17 : 30, dal lunedì al venerdì CCNL di riferimento : Logistica, Trasporto Sede di lavoro : San Polo di Torrile (PR) L'offerta di lavoro si intende rivolta all'uno e all'altro sesso in ottemperanza al D.Lgs. 198 / 2006.
