The ideal candidate will have expertise in agronomy, plant nutrition, and agricultural markets, with strong communication and analytical skills. He must have a degree in agronomical science. He/She will closely cooperate commercial team on defining yearly objectives. This position is for a fully remote person in North West Italy.Principal Duties & ResponsibilitiesDevelop actual business increasing the selling of the product to old customersDevelop new businesses, find new customers and create good relationships with themBuild relationships with growers, consultants, and distributors to drive salesCollect information from the market useful to understand new opportunity to sell or risk to lose revenueQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Agronomy. Masters degree is a plus.Minimum of 3 years of experience in agriculture or agronomic roles especially connected with sales.Proficiency in specialty agriculture production practices.English level B2-B1Strong negotiation skillsCompetenciesKnowledge of the area assignedProficiency in MS Office tools.Strong work ethic with a customer-focused mindset.Ability to build partnerships with internal teams and external stakeholders.Self-starter with attention to detail and a collaborative attitude.Ability to travel by car in the area assigned: 80%Ready to make an impact?
