As a Quality Assurance Manager, you must be able to Collaborates with all the functions in ensuring the implementation and maintenance of a company Quality System that complies with the requirements of the reference standard. Drafts and updates the Quality Manual and verifies and review periodically Procedures and Instructions Prepare Management Reviews with analysis of KPI and generates Improvement Plans. Verifies the implementation and effectiveness of the Improvement Plans generated. Improve and manage Change Management activities coordinating tasks with all functions. Verifies and ensures controlled management of documents and data and compliance with the rules for controlling quality registration documentation. Assesses the qualification of suppliers and plans the monitoring of supplier inspections by participating in the periodic assessment of the quality performance of qualified suppliers. Coordinates the process of handling detected non-conformities, customer claims and, where necessary, activates the procedures for identifying and implementing the corrective actions required to eliminate the causes. Manage the internal inspection activities and verifies the implementation and effectiveness of the corrective actions taken. Governance, leadership and ownership of the Quality System end-to-end. What makes you an asset to our team A relevant Bachelor’s degree and, if applicable, a Master’s degree or advanced training A relevant certification in Quality Management ISO 9001 Eventual certification according to ISO 14001 A minimum of 8 years of experience in the field Ability to drive quality culture across functions while interacting with senior management and stakeholders Excellent data analyzing and review skills Strong technical and computer skills Strong attention to detail Ability to teach and mentor If you have transferable skills, even if you don’t meet all the criteria, feel free to submit your application At Eddyfi Technologies, diversity enriches our culture and drives innovation.
