The consultant will:Support COs in designing and implementing CFMs in line with corporate standards.Develop guidance tools and materials to support global CFM standardization.Share guidance to build capacity of WFP offices on CFMs and standards.Key AccountabilitiesProvide remote or in-person tailored support to COs to enhance their CFMs and compliance with global standards.Deploy in response to emergencies or for up to 3-month TDYs to support CFM strengthening initiatives as needed.Guide COs in digital onboarding projects, mapping CFM processes and defining business requirements aligned with global standards.Coordinate with the digital CFM team for the implementation and maintenance of CFM digital solutions (Sugar CRM).Contribute to guidance material, tools and templates to adopt standardized corporate processes for CFMs.Develop/maintain and implement a CFM in-emergencies package and lead field deployment as needed.Develop training resources and deliver sessions for HQ, RBx and COs to strengthen internal capacity around CFMs.Analyze CFM data and disseminate lessons learned and best practices.Support development of a theoretical framework to assess CFM’s contribution to community engagement.Facilitate discussions/workshops with regional stakeholders, incorporating gender perspectives to ensure equal participation.Other relevant tasks as required.Required and Desired ExperiencesMinimum four years of experience in data analysis, monitoring and evaluation or equivalent.Knowledge of key elements and processes of community feedback mechanisms.Technical fluency in data visualization tools (Tableau and/or Power BI).Advanced knowledge of Excel.Experience in humanitarian response in conflict and/or post-conflict settings.Experience in capacity building for different audiences.Ability to work with diverse populations with respect and inclusion.Experience with data collection tools (MODA and/or Kobo Toolbox) is an asset.Knowledge of qualitative data collection methodologies is an asset.Knowledge of data protection, privacy and governance is an asset.Willingness to be deployed on short notice for field missions.Experience with SPSS/R/Stata or similar is an asset.Familiarity with SugarCRM or similar tools for beneficiary data management is an asset.Specialised knowledge of thematic protection data is an asset.Experience with WFP structures and data systems is desirable.Education and LanguagesStandard minimum academic qualifications (Education): Advanced University degree in International Affairs, Economics, Social Sciences, information management, statistics or related fields; or First University Degree with additional years of related experience.
