Requirements Education at least Master’s Degree level or higher, e.g. PhD degree At least 15 years of relevant professional experience of which at least 10 years related to Digital Transition for and in education, training and employment for Cat.I experts; At least 10 years of relevant professional experience of which at least 7 years related to Digital Transition for and in education, training and employment for Cat.II experts; At least 5 years relevant professional experience of which at least 5 years related to Digital Transition for and in education, training and employment for Cat.III experts; Very good command of English.
