Admission Officer

Responsibilities Assist the Admissions Team in managing and tracking inquiries, applications, and admissions procedures Manage communication with prospective students, applicants, and families (email, phone, online and on-campus meetings) Support the organization and execution of admissions events, such as open houses, college tours, and orientation sessions Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure accurate and up-to-date information on the school’s admissions platforms Assist in maintaining the admissions database and ensuring the accuracy of applicant records Help coordinate interviews, assessments, and follow-up communications with applicants and their families Provide support in the preparation of admissions reports and analysis of enrollment data Assist in the onboarding process of newly admitted students, ensuring they receive all necessary documentation and information prior to their start date Stay informed about the college’s programs, curriculum, and extracurricular offerings to effectively communicate with prospective students Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communication, Business, or a related field Strong interest in higher education and student recruitment Prior experience in admissions, customer service, or administrative support is preferred Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English (additional languages are a plus) Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Experience with CRM or admissions software is an advantage Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced setting What We Offer A fast-growing, international, and entrepreneurial academic environment High level of autonomy and ownership over international markets Direct impact on student growth and institutional expansion #J-18808-Ljbffr
