The unit Group HR Digital Processes is responsible for leading the Group Digital Employee Experience roadmap and contributes to shaping target initiatives within Group People Strategy cycles in collaboration with the HR leadership team and Group IT.Within the scope it has to:ensure full adoption of Group P&O Applications across all Generali Countries managing functional design, implementation, running operation and platform enhancementssafeguard accuracy, integrity and completeness of data on the Group HRIS platformsbecome a digital accelerator for new Group P&O initiatives and identify digital improvement areas to enable Talent, Reward, Learning, Recruiting, Workforce Planning internal processes and People analytics solutionssupport BUs in process digitalization and local HR system enhancements leveraging on Group Digital assets or synergiesgrant the security of GHO's ICT Applications under his own responsibility in line with the guidelines defined by the Group Chief Security OfficerWithin the Group Chief People & Organization Office function, we are looking for a talented and proactive resource to join the Group HR Digital Processes team.The job holder will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of the Group job posting platform, covering both the external career site and internal job posting processes.Key responsibilities of the role will include:Leading the selection and implementation of the new Group job posting platform, including vendor scouting, functional requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, and global rolloutEnsuring full adoption across all countries, acting as the main point of reference for implementation and change management activitiesManaging platform operations post go-live, ensuring service continuity (e.g., release upgrades, configuration updates, roles & visibility management, Help Desk coordination)Capturing and harmonizing enhancement requests from Group Employer branding team, local Recruiting Managers, and other stakeholders, integrating innovative market trends to continuously improve the digital recruiting experienceActing as a strategic partner to Group Talent Management and local HR teams, promoting convergence on cross-country solutions and advising on best practicesSafeguarding data integrity to support accurate and compliant Group HR processes.Coordinating with internal teams (Compliance, IT Security, Procurement, Group IT) and external providers (solution vendors, consulting firms) to ensure smooth operations and strategic alignmentRequirementsAt least 6-8 years of experience in similar positions for structured / complex business or international consultancy firmsProven experience of design and implementation of Talent Acquisition digital solutions in multinational organizationsProven experience of working in international environments and managing multiple projects guaranteeing timely and accurate deliveryExperience in adopting and integrating innovative technologies, including, but not limited to, Artificial Intelligence, automation, and cloud-based HR platforms, to enhance the recruiting process and candidate experiencePassion for digital transformation, with a track record of leading projects that improve efficiency, user experience, and strategic alignment in HR processes.English and Italian full proficiency; any other language such as French, German or Spanish will be considered a plusExcellent knowledge of the Office package (excel, ppt, word)Business acumen, as ability to understand and embed the strategic vision and business requirements in the HR & OrganizationStructured, proactive and solution orientedChange management experience and strong presentation and communication skillsGlobal and cultural awareness with the ability to influence and build relationships across diverse cultures and organizational levels.Interpersonal and communication competencies to develop trustworthy relationships and create networksCompany ProfileGenerali Group Head Office is the guidelining unit of the Generali Group, one of the largest global insurance and asset management providers.
