The Palace Company è alla ricerca di un Project Manager – Expansion Projects , che avrà la responsabilità di seguire la valutazione tecnica e autorizzativa dei nuovi progetti di espansione del portafoglio alberghiero del Gruppo, attivo nel segmento luxury.La figura si occuperà di analizzare in profondità le diverse opportunità (acquisizioni, sviluppi ex novo e ristrutturazioni) verificandone la coerenza con gli standard qualitativi e il posizionamento del brand, nonché il pieno rispetto delle normative vigenti.Principali responsabilitàAnalisi tecnica preliminare delle proprietà e delle aree potenzialmente idonee allo sviluppo alberghiero di lusso; Verifica di conformità urbanistica e normativa, con particolare attenzione ai permessi, licenze e vincoli locali/nazionali; Coordinamento di due diligence tecnica, gestione dei rapporti con architetti, ingegneri, consulenti specializzati, autorità competenti, e supervisione della fase pre-progettuale, garantendo il rispetto degli standard di brand; Scouting e valutazione qualitativa di location in linea con le strategie di espansione del Gruppo; Preparazione di report e presentazioni strutturate per il top management e il comitato investimenti, comprensivi di analisi tecnica, normativa e di contesto; Gestione e sviluppo delle relazioni con stakeholder chiave (istituzioni, sviluppatori, agenzie immobiliari e partner strategici) con costante aggiornamento sulle normative di settore. Requisiti richiestiLaurea in Ingegneria, Architettura, Urbanistica o discipline tecniche affini, con 5-7 anni di esperienza in ambito project management o sviluppo immobiliare, preferibilmente nel settore dell'hospitality di lusso; Solida conoscenza di iter autorizzativi, permessi e licenze per progetti edilizi complessi e capacità di interpretare e verificare progetti architettonici e impiantistici; Esperienza nel coordinamento di team multidisciplinari e nella gestione di relazioni istituzionali e stakeholder strategici; Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, parlata e scritta; apprezzata la conoscenza della lingua spagnola; Eccellenti capacità analitiche e comunicative, con esperienza nella redazione di report tecnici e presentazioni incisive per il top management.
