Avere la responsabilità ultima per la precisione dei registri contabili e fornire report finanziari per l'hotel. L'hotel opera su base di autocontabilità e include conti statutari. Gestire il rapporto finanziario con le operazioni e la finanza dell'hotel e della sede centrale, assicurando un servizio eccellente tramite input di qualità. Gestire gli elementi rilevanti del rapporto con il proprietario. Guidare tutti gli aspetti relativi a bilanci, conto economico, gestione della liquidità, capitale, e altro. Fornire report di gestione innovativi, mirati e a valore aggiunto, con analisi dettagliate. Consegnare informazioni di gestione e misurazioni delle prestazioni accurate e pertinenti. Assicurare report che includano benchmarking, identificazione e misurazione di indicatori chiave di performance e utilizzo del balanced scorecard. Ottimizzare e sviluppare sistemi per migliorare efficienza e informazioni. Assicurare la formazione degli utenti; sfidare i processi per eliminare attività senza valore aggiunto. Collaborare con i colleghi per correggere gli errori alla fonte e modificare i processi secondo necessità, eliminando piuttosto che correggendo gli errori. Guidare il processo di pianificazione e previsione per The Hoxton, Firenze, assicurando che i piani finanziari siano coerenti con gli obiettivi strategici. Supportare proattivamente il General Manager e guidare il team finanziario nella pianificazione strategica dell'hotel, concentrandosi sulle opportunità di valore. Gestire la formulazione, revisione e approvazione del budget all'interno dell'hotel. Guidare, sviluppare e ispirare un team finanziario di alta qualità. Pianificare attivamente la successione per sviluppare e sostituire efficacemente le persone. Migliorare l'efficacia della funzione finanziaria tramite formazione continua e sviluppo del team. Motivare il team a raggiungere alti livelli di performance. Competenze ed esperienzaLa risorsa ideale possiede le seguenti caratteristiche: Esperienza di almeno 7 anni nel ruolo e nel settore dell'hospitality del lusso; Esperienza nella fiscalità e nel controllo di gestione; Conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese. Completa l'offertaLa tipologia contrattuale e l'inquadramento saranno commisurati all'effettiva esperienza della risorsa. In aggiunta alla RAL è previsto una parte variabile.
