HEAD OF ADMINISTRATION & FINANCE

La figura si occuperà della gestione delle seguenti attività nonché di progetti ordinari e straordinari:

  • Pianifica e predispone il budget per l'intera organizzazione, sulla base delle indicazioni della Direzione Generale e in sinergia con gli altri Direttori;
  • Attua un sistema di follow up dell'andamento del Budget durante il periodo di riferimento, riportando al Direttore Generale e al Consiglio Nazionale, contribuendo altresì alla definizione di eventuali action plans in caso di scostamento;
  • Pianifica e predispone il Bilancio, in conformità con la normativa relativa;
  • Coordina le attività day-to-day relative alle funzioni legate alla tesoreria, fatturazione e ai rapporti bancari;
  • Garantisce il sistema di controllo di gestione e la verifica degli adempimenti normativi e fiscali, in collaborazione con i consulenti esterni;
  • Ha la responsabilità della corretta gestione amministrativa delle attività commerciali dell'Istituzione;
  • Gestisce i rapporti con l'Organo di Controllo ed assicura il corretto svolgimento delle riunioni periodiche di Audit;
  • Sovrintende l'attività legata alla gestione e rendicontazione dei Progetti Finanziati, in collaborazione con la Direzione preposta;
  • È responsabile della gestione degli assets, delle proprietà immobiliari garantendo una politica strategica relativa ad essi;
  • Supervisiona la mappatura dei processi e degli strumenti relativi al Dipartimento e analisi dell'evoluzione ed efficienza degli stessi con particolare focus sullo sviluppo degli applicativi informatici in uso e della reportistica.

Profilo ideale:

  • Laurea in Economia e Master in Business Administration (o equipollenti);
  • Almeno 15 anni di esperienza, di cui almeno 5 passati in ruoli manageriali di responsabilità, conoscenza dei principali pacchetti informatici e ottima conoscenza dell'inglese;
  • Saranno considerati requisiti preferenziali aver gestito una migrazione dati su un ERP, l'esperienza di gestione di progetti finanziati e fondazioni, il coordinamento di team medio-grandi, e la capacità di gestire rapporti istituzionali a vari livelli.
