Logistics Reply is a rapidly evolving company that provides a SaaS platform (LEA Reply) for Supply Chain Management to leading enterprises worldwide. We are looking for a Product Owner – Logistic Solutions , a professional with solid experience in logistics operations and process design, passionate about transforming operational know-how into innovative solutions. This is a full‑time position based in Milan, with a hybrid workplace arrangement between office and smart working. What will you do? Product ownership and design. Process and functional expertise. Collaboration and coordination. Customer insight and innovation. Qualifications Academic background. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines. 4–6 years of professional experience in logistics or supply chain operations, preferably within structured organizations such as 3PLs, manufacturing, retail, or e‑commerce environments. Previous exposure to warehouse management systems (WMS) or logistics IT solutions is a strong plus. Ability to translate operational challenges into product requirements and to guide development teams with clarity and ownership. Strong analytical thinking, excellent communication, and a pragmatic, results‑oriented approach. You thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy working cross‑functionally.
