Get AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features.Are you ready to learn fast and have a real impact at our brand new Italian office?Join our amazing team of Account Executive Inbound and rise to the challenge to evolve in the IT sector If you have always found it exciting to work in tech sales , we offer an extraordinary chance to learn and grow as a SaaS sales expertAs an Account Executive Inbound at Odoo, we handle the whole sales cycle adopting a consultative sales approach and guide prospects by actively driving the sales process – all with a high focus on our product's added value.Responsibilities Become an expert at using Odoo and acquire technical/functional knowledgeHandle the entire sales cycle from qualification to closing, without prospectingAnalyze customer requirements, business processes, and operational pain pointsProvide customers with a tailor‑made demonstration of the softwareCreate customized offers and negotiate contractsManage the closing of the account and after‑sales period (for 6 months)Must have 1-4 years of work experience as a Salesperson, or Consultant, preferably in the B2B marketFluent in Italian (C2) and English (C1)Strong knowledge of how businesses are structuredGenuine interest in software productsAbility to generate trust and enthusiasm through your positive, energetic, and creative attitudeNice to have Results‑oriented and open‑minded personalityKnowledge of ERP and SaaS marketAbility to work in a fast‑paced and dynamic environmentAbility to adapt to a new environment and strategiesWhat’s great about this job Get the chance to be a pillar in the evolution of the new Odoo subsidiaryNo cold calling – you get leads from different marketing channelsSolution selling & consulting approach where you can use your analytical skillsDeal with various stakeholders: SMEs, CEOs, CFOs, CTOsEngage with companies of different industries and sizesWorking with an impactful productWorking at Odoo Competitive salaryConnect with Odooers around the world and work with clients from all around ItalyCompany eventsYoung, dynamic and international environmentWork from home (2 fixed days/week)We care about our employees' growth and help them bring out their best potentialIf you’re interested in this position but don’t meet every qualification in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyway.
