Key Responsibilities - Provide outstanding customer support to Italian-speaking clients through various channels including phone' email' and chat. - Guide customers through product inquiries and services' ensuring clarity and satisfaction. - Efficiently resolve customer issues and concerns' striving for a seamless and prompt resolution. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as necessary. - Work collaboratively with other team members to create a cohesive customer service experience. - Stay informed on product updates and industry developments to offer knowledgeable support. Requirements - Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential, additional languages are a plus. - Experience in customer service' ideally in a remote or international capacity. - Strong communication skills and a dedication to maintaining high customer satisfaction. - Ability to handle challenges with a positive attitude and effective problem-solving skills. - Proficient in using computers and familiar with CRM systems. - Self-motivated with excellent time management skills' suitable for remote work. - Willingness to work flexible hours' accommodating different customer time zones if necessary.
