Attività Analizzare processi e individuare aree di automazione nel settore travel. Sviluppare e addestrare modelli di machine learning e NLP per la gestione di richieste, prenotazioni e assistenza clienti. Implementare logiche di reasoning multi-step (es. scelta della classe del treno, rispetto di policy aziendali, ottimizzazione dei costi). Integrare algoritmi AI con sistemi esistenti (CRM, piattaforme di booking, chatbot, sistemi di pagamento). Collaborare con team di prodotto, ingegneria e operations per definire requisiti tecnici e KPI. Monitorare, mantenere e ottimizzare le soluzioni AI in produzione. Progettare e sviluppare LLM agents che, a partire da regole aziendali e preferenze utente, generino proposte di viaggio complete. Integrare il sistema con API esterne (es. orari dei treni, disponibilità voli) e con i database SQL interni. Requisiti Laurea in Informatica, Ingegneria o discipline affini. Esperienza con Large Language Models (OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain, LlamaIndex o simili). Buona conoscenza di Python e dei principali framework per LLM agents. Esperienza in integrazione di API e query SQL su database relazionali. Capacità di modellare regole e vincoli complessi in logiche di automazione. Nice to have Conoscenza di architetture per retrieval-augmented generation (RAG). Esperienza con orchestrazione di workflow (es. Airflow, Temporal). Esperienza nel settore travel / mobility.
