Overview Account Executive - Central Government Public Sector Remoto EUR 70.000 - 90.000 Public Sector Account Executive responsible for building strong relationships with key public administrations in the sales territory, engaging both business and technical decision makers, and guiding customers to realize the value of Salesforce for their citizens. You will maintain long-term relationships, act as a trusted advisor, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Develop an account and contact plan strategy to grow accounts within the territory. Proactively map stakeholders and build relationships across business and technical decision makers. Engage with the entire partner ecosystem and Public Sector opinion leaders. Drive revenue growth by engaging new customers and articulating Salesforce value. Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts by initiating conversations, using usage data, providing demos with the Solution Engineering team, and collaborating with internal teams to maximize impact. Qualify opportunities and convert prospects into opportunities. Implement strategies to accelerate deal closure, including mapping timelines, securing customer engagement and buy-in, and de-risking where appropriate. Drive predictable forecast and pipeline management. Serve as the voice of the customer to drive continuous improvement across adoption and project delivery. Qualifications 7+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience. Work experience in Public Sector, mainly in the Central Government market. Strong track record of prospecting, new account development, territory building, and quota achievement. Ability to value-sell to senior executives as a trusted advisor with a proven ability to identify needs and implement solutions. Experience building relationships with business and technical decision makers. Excellent communication, organization, presentation, and verbal skills. Strong operational excellence: forecasting, pipeline management, and cross-functional orchestration. Strong negotiation skills, financial acumen, and ability to drive deals to closure. Proven track record of high performance and goal achievement. Adaptable, solutions-oriented, and able to work in a fast-changing environment with ambiguity. Strong time management skills to maintain productivity and manage multiple priorities under time constraints. Passion for cloud technologies and making a positive impact.
