Your Mission As a Sales Representative , you will support the sales and promotion of XCMG earthmoving equipment, with a focus on excavators and wheel loaders , within the Italian territory, contributing to the achievement of monthly and annual sales targets. Your key responsibilities will include: Supporting and developing sales activities through the dealer network Building and maintaining strong relationships with dealers to drive commercial performance and market presence Supporting product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions in collaboration with the technical team Maintaining regular contact with key customers and major rental companies to understand their needs and generate new business opportunities Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, dealer performance, and customer feedback, providing structured input to the sales team Your Profile At least 2 years of experience in sales roles within construction equipment, earthmoving machinery Background in excavators, wheel loaders, or similar machinery is a strong advantage Degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience in the industry Fluent in Italian and English (spoken and written) Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Commercial mindset with good market awareness and customer focus Willingness to travel across Italy and occasionally abroad Why Join XCMG Italy?
