We’re looking for a passionate “Bid Engineer Coordinator EMEA & India\" for our Air Team, based at our Suisio Italy site.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the development and coordination of bid engineering activities of the Air Coolers Bid Engineer team for the EMEA & India market, with a focus on balancing customer expectations in terms of offer accuracy against response times.Organize and manage bid activities in the EMEA & India organization to meet customer needs and expectations.Coordinate tasks with the Sales Manager EMEA & India.Participate in building a One Bid strategy across the Air Sales organization and implement it in the EMEA & India organization.Attend coordination and follow-up meetings with the Air Team and within the EMEA & India Air team.Participate in customer presentations and provide product knowledge and technical clarifications (remote or in person).Collaborate on internal projects where bid engineering knowledge supports Air Cooler sales.RequirementsBachelor's degree or Master of Science in Mechanical / Chemical / Energy Engineering with 5+ years of Bid Engineering experience within manufacturing or engineering companies (preferably with complex thermal design).Strong experience analyzing technical specifications within customer requests.Solid experience understanding mechanical regulations for pressure vessels including API 661 requirements. Knowledge of air cooler components is a plus.High ability to read Process Data Sheets and P&ID; Technical Drawing knowledge (CAD).Fluency in Italian and English.Team-oriented with high energy, analytical mindset, and problem-solving skills.Flexibility to develop solutions to meet different customer demands and expectations.#J-18808-Ljbffr
