Posizione : Supplier Quality Engineer - Jr/Mid Sede : Torino Settore : Automotive Responsabilità principali • Point of contact per il rapporto con i fornitori. • Eseguire la valutazione dei potenziali fornitori ( PSA – Potential Supplier Assessment) • Eseguire Root-Cause Analysis su problemi di produzione e/o fornitura e guidare l’implementazione di soluzioni efficaci ed efficienti • Gestire le Issue dei fornitori (problemi di qualità e/o di capacità), fornendo supporto anche on- site • Garantire la comprensione e la conformità dei fornitori ai processi APQP e ai requisiti di presentazione e approvazione PPAP del prodotto • Sviluppare ed eseguire piani per assicurare il rispetto della capacità concordata dai fornitori, tramite l’utilizzo del Run at Rate workbook • Migliorare le performance qualitative dei fornitori, organizzando workshop presso le loro sedi e supportandoli nello sviluppo di un sistema qualità solido e strutturato Requisiti • Laurea in Ingegneria (preferibile) o esperienza equivalente • Esperienza in ambito: meccanica, elettronica, aeronautica, chimica e processi industriali • Certificazioni tecniche e di qualità costituiscono un plus • Minimo 2 anni di esperienza lavorativa, di cui almeno 1 anno nel settore Automotive, in ambito Acquisti, Qualità Fornitori o Ingegneria
