Job Description Siamo alla ricerca di un INGEGNERE QUALITÀ FORNITORI - FUSIONE E LAVORAZIONE per garantire che tutti i componenti forniti siano allineati agli standard di qualità di IDV e ai requisiti dei clienti. Lavorerai a stretto contatto con i fornitori per gestire e migliorare i loro processi, garantire la risoluzione di problemi logistici e di qualità e supportare il lancio di nuovi prodotti. Responsabilità ChiaveAssicurare la conformità dei componenti forniti agli standard di qualità. Collaborare con i fornitori per ottimizzare i processi produttivi. Gestire le problematiche relative alla logistica e alla qualità. Supportare il lancio di nuovi prodotti attraverso attività di verifica e validazione.Requisiti NecessariLaurea in ingegneria o disciplina correlata. Esperienza pregressa nel settore della qualità fornitori. Conoscenza delle tecniche di auditing e controllo qualità. Capacità di lavorare in team e di comunicare efficacemente.Competenze Tecniche RichiesteConoscenza dei processi di fusione e lavorazione. Familiarità con strumenti di analisi statistica e metodi di miglioramento continuo. RequirementsGuarantee the quality of components delivered to IDV plant. Manage suppliers to meet quality expectations and drive improvement actions. Organize and lead quality meetings with suppliers at plant level. Initiate and elevate CSL issues and follow up on corrective actions. Review and report on supplier performance and quality status. Ensure APQP compliance and oversee supplier PPAPs for changes and new products. Evaluate new supplier to be elected for new business assignment. Visiting the supplier to run a process audit according to ISO and AQAP standard. Support safe launch plans for new products.#J-18808-Ljbffr
