Created by a number of entrepreneurs in 2005, the group was born from a common development ambition across the major European regions and is now located in 42 locations spread over 7 countries (France, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Belgium and Netherlands).As a multi-specialist, we are active in 8 main business sectors (Automotive, Aeronautics, Rail, Heavy Industry, Energy, IT/Telecom, Lifesciences, Banking/Finance) and bring our expertise to all our clients on their innovation projects R&D and operational performance.Our consultants from engineering, IT & Lifesciences, who create ingenious solutions, bring and develop their skills and know-how on a daily basis on projects that are as diverse as they are enriching MISSION :As part of the development of our entity Abylsen Italy, specialized in Transport (automotive, aeronautics, defense, space and rail), Heavy Industry (metallurgy, steel plant), Energy and IT, we are looking for a Supplier Quality Engineer to integrate our team of consultants and bring their expertise on all our projects.What is the challenge ?ACTIVITY :Responsible for PFMEA : participate in prototyping and production flow improvement, in design validation and product validation testingParticipation in the definition of Quality targetsAnalyze non-conformities and implement corrective and preventive actionsCollaborate with internal teams to resolve supplier quality issuesResponsible for PPAP validationResponsible for writing the inspection report, QCQPROFILE :The ideal candidate has a Master's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent and at least 2 years of experience in a similar roleREQUIREMENTS :Good knowledge of DFMEA / PFMEA methodologyAutomotive backgroundKnowledge of PPAP, APQP, ANPQP, SQA validationEnglish and Italian are mandatoryWE OFFER :Permanent contractExpected RAL: 30-40k€Supplementary health care assistance "Fondo Est"Free access to +500 gyms throughout ItalyPeriodic follow up with Business ManagersBeyond your technical knowledge, it is really your personality that will make the difference Starting date : As soon as possibleLocation : Turin and beltThis announcement is addressed to both sexes, in accordance with Laws 903/77 and 125/91, and to people of all ages and nationalities, in accordance with Legislative Decrees 215/03 and 216/03.
