JOB PURPOSE:The core purpose of the Payroll Coordinator is to ensure employees are paid accurately and on time. This involves managing payroll processes and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The Payroll Coordinator acts as the link between the payroll provider, finance, and HR departments, handling employee compensation complexities. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Payroll processing and governance Payments Reporting Salary split and letter production Issue resolution Compliance with tax and social security regulations Supporting annual declarations (CU, 770, 730, INAIL, etc.) Leading payroll projects QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:Master’s degree in Economics, Law 8-10 years of relevant experience Analytical and problem-solving skills Knowledge of payroll regulations Fluent in English ARE YOU READY TO CRAFT THE ICE CREAM FUTURE?Disclaimer Unilever is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
