Serioplast, a global leader in rigid plastic packaging, is looking for a Validation & Product Quality Manager to join our Quality team at our Global Headquarters in Seriate (BG). This is a unique opportunity to be part of an international, innovative, and fast‑paced environment where quality is at the core of everything we do.What will you do?Responsable for ensuring that all quality control standard methods and procedures are constantly updated in terms of efficiency and compliance with customer requirementsProvide advice on quality control aspects to all internal stakeholders globally and locallySupport Group plants on daily activities and, in case of need, directly supports the Quality Manager and his or her team in the plant performing quality control activitiesSupport in the definition and adequate execution of test methodsEnsure the implementation and maintenance of the reporting system.Ensure that all internal and external non‑conformities are tracked in the Group’s Systems and prepare periodic reports on the quality performance of the PlantsSupport the plants in identifying the appropriate containment and corrective actions to internal and external non‑conformities (CAPA Plan)Participate to new production projects acting as reference point for quality aspectsWhat are we looking for?Good knowledge of ISO standardsGood knowledge of plastic molding technologies (EBM, SBM, IM, CIM)Good knowledge of Statistical Process Control and statistical analysisGood project management skillsAvailability to travel up to 50% of the time.Good knowledge of EnglishBachelor’s degree or higher in scientific subjectsSounds like a fit?
