Manufacturing Supervisor

MissionManufacturing Supervisor is responsible for the hierarchical management of teams of operators and department heads for part of a production plant.What will you do? Lead and manage Manufacturing Team Leaders and operatorsEnsure that the Department Heads, also in collaboration with other corporate bodies: Ensure that new employees are properly trained; Verify the constant and correct use of PPE where required; Verify the correspondence of the post to the suitability of the job;Guarantee, both directly and through the sector representatives, compliance with the contractual rules, the application of the company policy, the 5S, the SPS and the Quality and Environmental Management System throughout the sector;Collaborate with the Manufacturing Manager in balancing workload/resources to ensure the Service Quality Level required by internal and external customers and the achievement of sector and company objectives.Organize training sessions for personnel in the reference sector to promote their technical-productive skills, versatility and interchangeabilityModify the sector's production programs to manage any changes in delivery priorities or shortages of materials or plant shutdowns, promptly taking measures to contain negative effects on the Service Level and productivityEnsure full execution of production plans in line with cost, quality and delivery date targetsPilot the support functions on priority actions, assigning them the resolution of the problems encountered.What qualifications will make you successful?

Experience in Product Management, technical support and/or training in the security sector preferably gained in multinational companies or modernly organized realitiesGood technical knowledge in IT and TLCExcellent relationship and communication skillsItalian proficient Level, Intermediate English levelWhat's in it for me?
