THE ROLE As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be part of the EMEA Customer Service team, managing the entire order fulfillment process and ensuring timely and effective responses to customer requests. Your role will be key in delivering a smooth and positive experience throughout the sales and post-sales cycle. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Managing relationships with assigned international customers within the EMEA region. Collaborating with internal departments (production, administration, logistics, shipping, quality control) to meet customer requirements. Supporting the Sales team in operational customer management. Participating in organizing and managing internal and external company events. Entering and monitoring customer orders in the system. Managing after-sales activities: resolving issues related to shipping, products, complaints, returns, and warranties. Ensuring proper administrative management and maintain strong commercial relationships. Independent manage shipping activities: liaise with carriers, prepare documentation (packing lists, customs clearance, extra-EU shipments), and handle invoicing. Follow up on payment collection. Provide first-level technical support to customers in collaboration with the technical team. REQUIREMENTS Previous experience in a similar role (minimum 1-3 years). Master’s degree in foreign languages, preferably with a specialization in economics or business. Fluency in English and German (mandatory requirement). Proficiency in an additional foreign language is a plus. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Familiarity with CRM systems and order processing tools. Strong teamwork skills, customer orientation, problem-solving ability, and results-driven mindset.
