Your role at Kanadevia Inova directly contributes to turning something once considered useless - waste - into something invaluable: energy, heat, hydrogen, fertilizer, and beyond.Find out more about Kanadevia Inova at Description Your responsibilitiesProcurement Operations: Execute and manage procurement tasks, including administrative handling of purchase orders, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and timelines.Supplier Relationship Management: Maintain strong working relationships with suppliers, monitoring order execution and promptly reporting any irregularities to SCM Management.Stakeholder Support: Work closely with internal requesters and cross-functional teams to ensure efficient service delivery and alignment with project needs.Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to procurement policies, compliance frameworks, and quality standards, supporting the achievement of KPIs related to time, cost, and sustainability.Process & Tools Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of procurement processes and tools (ERP, document management, etc.) to increase operational efficiency.Qualifications Your experiencesTechnical school diploma or high school degree.At least 3 years in a similar role (Buyer, Procurement Specialist), preferably in EPC, Waste-to-Energy, Renewable Energy, or Power sectors, with a focus on mechanical and electrical components.Solid understanding of supply chain processes, including full order cycle and spare parts/component documentation handling.Proficient in ERP and eProcurement tools (e.g., MS Office, Dynamics, IFS, SAP); familiarity with document management systems is a plus.Good command of English; other languages are a plus.
