In this role it will be critical to embrace WPP & WPP Media’s shared core values:Be Extraordinary by Leading Collectively to Inspire transformational Creativity.Create an Open environment by Balancing People and Client Experiences by Cultivating Trust.Lead Optimistically by Championing Growth and Development to Mobilize the Enterprise.Role Summary & ImpactWPP Media is looking for an experienced Senior Search & Social Specialist to develop strategies, manage campaigns, and ensure seamless integration of Paid Search and Paid Social activities within broader media strategies.Key ResponsibilitiesIndependently design and execute advanced Paid Search and Paid Social strategies.Manage high‑budget campaigns for large clients, ensuring top‑tier performance and ROI.Lead pre‑ and post‑campaign analyses to identify insights and opportunities.Provide strategic recommendations to clients and internal teams based on campaign data.Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing within the department.Requirements5+ years of experience managing Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns.Proven success in handling complex campaigns and large‑scale budgets.Strong strategic mindset with the ability to make data‑driven decisions.Exceptional problem‑solving skills and the ability to work autonomously.Advanced expertise in tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Search Ads 360, Google Analytics, Amazon Marketing Services, and TikTok.Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Fluent in business English, with excellent communication and presentation skills.Life at WPP Media & BenefitsOur passion for shaping the next era of media includes investing in our employees to help them do their best work, and we’re just as committed to employee growth as we are to responsible media investment.
