Every day, our customers’ operations rely on our solutions to move goods faster, smarter, and more efficiently.We are looking for a Product Owner – Logistic Solutions , a professional with solid experience in logistics operations and process design, passionate about transforming operational know-how into innovative solutions.This is a full-time position based in Milan, with a hybrid workplace arrangement between office and smart working.WHAT WILL YOU DO?• Product ownership and design.You will take end-to-end ownership of specific functional areas within the LEA Reply suite, defining and shaping the evolution of our logistics solutions. You will translate operational and business requirements into product specifications, functional stories, and clear priorities for the development team.• Process and functional expertise.You will bring your deep understanding of logistics processes—warehouse operations, inbound/outbound flows, cross-docking, inventory, and order management—to design intuitive and effective application scenarios. Your experience will guide how our solutions support and optimize real operational needs.• Collaboration and coordination.You will work closely with functional analysts, developers, and project managers to ensure the successful delivery of product features. You will be accountable for the functional design quality, providing direction and feedback throughout the implementation cycle.• Customer insight and innovation.You will leverage your background in logistics to anticipate customer needs, identify opportunities for process improvement, and help shape the roadmap of next-generation warehouse and supply chain solutions.WE'LL TOTALLY LOVE YOU IF YOU HAVE:• Academic background.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines.• Valuable experience.4–6 years of professional experience in logistics or supply chain operations, preferably within structured organizations such as 3PLs, manufacturing, retail, or e-commerce environments. Previous exposure to warehouse management systems (WMS) or logistics IT solutions is a strong plus.• Product mindset.Ability to translate operational challenges into product requirements and to guide development teams with clarity and ownership.• Soft skills.Strong analytical thinking, excellent communication, and a pragmatic, results-oriented approach.
