Demonstrated experience applying AI/GenAI to business problems. Exceptional communication skills in Spanish (C2) and English (C1). Ability to operate autonomously in dynamic, fast‑paced environments. Strong skills in stakeholder management and change leadership. Preferred Qualifications Experience with large-scale HR or benefits programs. Expertise in building scalable AI‑enabled solutions. Deep understanding of benefits‑related data analytics. Proven track record of technological innovation in corporate settings. Advanced knowledge of HR technology ecosystems.
