Treasury Specialist

To join our team inBrescia,Italy , we are recruiting for the position ofTreasury Specialist .Mission : The Treasury Specialist will be responsible for the management, planning and monitoring of the Italian company's cash flows, ensuring compliance with the contractual obligations. The figure will interface with banks, managing partners, regulatory bodies, and other internal and external stakeholders, ensuring efficient liquidity management and optimization of the company's financial structure.Main Responsibilities : Ensure the operational management of the Italy Group's cash flow on a daily basis by controlling and optimizing the use of cash balance and ensuring the periodic reporting; Elaborate annual cash flow forecasts and budget and respective monthly update and execution; Manage banking products and services for all the Italian entities Responsibility for ensuring that Operational Treasury activities are carried out punctually in line with Group policies such as analysis and reconciliation of bank accounts, operational management of incoming and outgoing bank movements and their accounting; Monitor the correct application by financial institutions of the contractual conditions agreed with the company and periodically check the conditions applied, pointing out any possibilities for improvement; Manage cash pooling for Italian entities as well as intra-group financing; Be the point of contact as Treasury office of Capwatt Italia Holding with internal and external stakeholders; Support the Finance team in audits, implementation of new projects and the continuous improvement of existing processes and activities; Active participation in projects and initiative (i.e. M&A, System implementation, etc.)Requirements : Previous experience in managing treasury processes and financial planning in a corporate environment; Strong knowledge of Italian and international accounting standards, as well as consolidation principles; Knowledge of financial contracts and treasury sector Strong relationship and communication skills and the ability to adapt to diverse business partners, teams and cultures. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities and several stakeholders.
