Job Title: Sales Specialist Location: Hybrid (Turin) or Full Remote (Italy) Employment Type: Contract (Partita IVA) Company: Ariete Capital Group Are you a concise closer who prefers a fast "NO" to a slow "MAYBE"? Ariete Capital Group is hiring a high‑impact Sales Specialist to own our lead qualification, discovery, and conversion process. We value speed, clarity, and professionalism. We are looking for a hunter who treats CRM hygiene like a religion and moves opportunities to a decision: OK or KO as fastDongly as possible. You will work in close lockstep with our Business Operations Manager. This is a relay race: You secure the Letter of Intent (LOI) and then hand the baton to the Ops Manager who guides the client to investment. Your ability to work together ensures that every deal you close turns into recognized revenue without friction. The Mission చేస్తున్న> Your goal is clear: Qualify, Discover, and Close. You will handle inbound and outbound leads, manage critical relationships with intermediaries, and drive every prospect to a clear decision. You are the gatekeeper who fills the pipeline with quality deals and keeps the data spotless for the rest of the team. What You’ll Be Doing Day-to-Day Ruthless Qualification: You will qualify inbound and outbound leads, quickly assessing fit to avoid wasting time. Driving Decisions: You don't let leads linger. You manage timely follow‑ups to drive prospects to a clear OK or KO in the shortest time possible. Securing the Signature: You are responsible for getting the Letter of Intent (LOI) signed once a client says "OK". Network Building: You will manage existing relationships and actively seek new partnerships with distributors, intermediaries, and introducers to grow our network. CRM & Hygiene: You will keep the CRM spotless. This means cleaning out "KO" leads immediately and recalling/re‑engaging unresponsive leads. The Ops Handover: zahlreiche collaborate daily with the Business Operations Manager to ensure a seamless transition from "Signed LOI" to "Onboarding," ensuring no momentum is lost. Speed & Clarity: You are a "concise closer" who moves fast. Structured Approach: You understand that a clean CRM is the backbone of a successful sales engine. "Nice-to-Haves" that will make you stand out: Sector Experience: Experience selling financial or legal services.Tech Stack: Familiarity with Selected CRM tools, specifically Go High Level.
