Sales Operations Specialist – Italy & France At Lexroom.ai , we are revolutionizing the legal industry with AI‑powered tools and seek a highly organized, customer‑focused Sales Operations Specialist to become the operational backbone of our sales network. Your Mission Contract Management: Manage activation and verification of contracts generated by the sales network, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Administrative Excellence: Guarantee correct administrative and document management for all acquired customers. Post‑Sales Support: Provide timely, quality post‑sale assistance to customers, ensuring continuity and satisfaction. Sales Enablement & Training: Lead onboarding and training of new sales agents, supporting their integration and effective use of company tools. Operational Support: Offer daily operational support to the sales network, streamlining fieldwork and removing logistical hurdles. Performance Monitoring: Collaborate with area manager / team leader to monitor key performance indicators and overall performance of the network. Central Point of Contact: Serve as the focal point of contact for all operational needs between sales agents, the company, and our customers. What You Bring Proven experience in commercial back‑office, sales support, or customer care. Excellent organizational skills and high precision in managing documents and contracts. Strong problem‑solving attitude and ability to work effectively within dynamic teams. Capacity to manage multiple activities simultaneously under pressure. Basic knowledge of CRM tools and management software. What We Bring Hybrid work model – split time between home and Milan office. Health insurance package. Meal vouchers.
