We’re building a more open world. Join us. Introduction to the team Provides administrative and clerical support to relieve department managers or staff of administrative details. Responsibilities In This Role, You Will: Serve as first point of contact for the back- office tasks related to Health and Safety activities both in Rome and in Milan office Schedule medical checks for new hires and renewals connecting with the H&S company doctor Organize H&S trainings Coordinate H&S official documents Maintain the schedule of annual mandatory activities (fire drills, annual meeting, etc) Provide relevant updates to the H&S consultant Prepare quarterly notes about H&S tasks for the external auditors Respond to H&S related enquiries from employees Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve operational efficiency Support local EMEA teams with any project work Actively participate in the HR Ops team, sharing knowledge and learnings This role is ideal for an individual who is dynamic, ambitious and results orientated. Experience And Qualifications Experience gained in a fast paced, changeable environment (desirable to have previous HR experience) Basic understanding of HR processes (e.g. onboarding, payroll processing, local legislations) Passion to work and develop career in HR Desirable to have experience with EMEA and/or international operations Fluency in English Knowledge of Workday, ServiceNow (or similar case management system) A highly customer-orientated approach, committed to achieving excellent levels of customer service Excellent organisational skills Articulate and fluent communicator Collaborating and working well together with others, ability to establish relationships at all levels Demonstrates a can-do attitude and is pro-active and professional in all client contact Must be a proactive self-starter with the ability to work productively in an environment of continuous change Must have attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks Good working knowledge of MS Office, PowerPoint, Word and Excel Accommodation requests If you need assistance with any part of the application or recruiting process due to a disability, or other physical or mental health conditions, please reach out to our Recruiting Accommodations Team through the Accommodation Request.
