**Key Responsibilities and tasks**:
**S&OP Leader in Italy**:

- _To promote adherence and effectiveness of Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process in TAS-I that reconcile the TAS customers Demand (needs) and TAS-I ability (human resources, machines and stock) for a mid-term horizon (6 to 36 months) _
- _To support the make decision processes overseeing all the S&OP steps, assuring involvement of actors needed in the S&OP reviews, ensuring the availability of appropriate inputs/outputs, monitoring of process running within the organization and escalate issues to the S&OP Business owner _

**Support to OFP JV Management during TAS-I Adequacy Committee**:

- _To manage with HR Manager, Domain/CC, CFO and PRO the decision-making process on the activation of external contracts (temporary, on-site subcontracting) to cope with the local overload. _
- _To lead the verification of consistency among workload coverage, budget, HR/PRO recommendation for legal aspects. _
- _To verify the MoM content prepared by Department, to inform OFP JV Management and launch the ECM authorization workflows (for Audit scope). _

**Coordinator of TAS-I Anticipation Procurement**:

- _to identify with CC’s the need for long-term parts advanced procurement related to common S&OP forecast scenario, ensuring consistency and timing of all market requests. _
- _To identify with CC’s and PRO the needs related to Last Buy Order _for components declared obsolete by Supplier to secure the product selling till up alternative component will be identified/tested _
- _To escalate the requests to S&OP JV Process Leader for JV Top Management approval as the best compromise between Program needs, product sales strategy and financial exposure of TAS-JV _

**Coordinator of TAS-I Industrial Response/Production Flows Teams**:

- _for industrial feasibility analysis against tender request, in a multi-project perspective, taking into account the current industrial capacity environment, industrial models, risk analysis (PRA) to evaluate contingency at program level, highlighting in advance issues and proposing solutions. _
- _To manage problem resolution on local basis with the objective to facilitate the implementation of IR/PF process at TAS-I level _
- _To ensure continuous improvement of the transnational collaboration and convergence on IR/PF processes _

**Coordinator of TAS-I WEP Team**:

- _for analysis/monitoring of company workload with respect to Capacity, supporting Top Management in decision-making processes (recruitment, medium-term industrial processes, commercial strategy). _
- _To manage problem resolution on local basis with the objective to facilitate the implementation of WEP process at TAS-I level _
- _To ensure continuous improvement of the transnational collaboration and convergence on WEP process _
