**JOB DESCRIPTION TAS Italy Demand Manager**
The **TAS Italy Demand Manager **has the role to support the S&OP TAS Italy Leader in the S&OP Process implementation in Italy (4 cycles per year + the process improvement to be facilitated). He/she has the responsibility to collect the Demand Signal contents, to organize and manage the dedicated meetings with Domains in order to prepare the MOS, and with M&S to check the Demand plan; he/she has the responsibility to define the hardware demodulation details and to analyze the Demand Plan together with the S&OP Leader TAS Italy. He/she has the role to prepare, together with the S&OP Leader TASI, the TASI Demand review and to support the preparation of the TAS Italy Supply Review. He/she interacts directly with the general Demand manager for TAS in order to define the INTRA TAS demodulation and to build the needed and related files to be circulated.
School: degree in Engineering/Economics
Technical skills: Project management, risk analysis, Supply chain knowledge and background, APICS certification are very appreciated
- Tools Knowledge_: SAP, Excel, Power Point
- English level:_ Fluent (in speaking, reading and writing)
- Soft skills requested are_: able to work in Team, smart person, mindset oriented to critical analysis; able to collaborate with other Team Members and also with colleagues belonging to different departments; ready to manage autonomously meetings with large number of attendees; comfortable in public speaking, accountable and very results oriented; Process improvement attitude is requested
Previous experiences in Industry as well as in stock management/anticipations, are very appreciated.
