Spare Parts Delivery Specialist

We are looking for a Spare Parts Delivery Specialist to join our Asset Management Team. In this role you will manage all after-sales requests from customers, ensuring each is handled efficiently and effectively. Your role is central to meeting customer needs - both from a technical perspective and within expected timeframes. Working in close collaboration with Field Service Organizations and technical ABB teams, you will develop solutions that meet, and where possible exceed, customer expectations. You will be accountable for achieving On-Time Delivery (OTD) and executing end-to-end order fulfillment for spare parts, with a strong focus on order execution and logistics processes. Your ability to address customer concerns promptly, maintain high service standards, and drive operational excellence will be key to your success in this position. If you are talented and customer-oriented, you may be our ideal candidateYour responsibilitiesExecute and monitor order fulfillment for all requests entered in the systemMonitor and continuously improve order-to-ship cycle timeResolve blockers and bottlenecks preventing timely order fulfillmentManage daily demand, prioritizing orders based on urgency and business criticalityStakeholder Management & CommunicationProvide real-time visibility on order status to internal and external stakeholdersCoordinate delivery commitments with Field Service and Sales teamsManage the back-order queue and escalation processInventory & Resource CoordinationAllocate available inventory to competing demands based on priorityCollaborate with warehouses and factories to optimize on-time deliverySupport inventory planning with fulfillment insights and demand forecastingPerformance Analysis & Continuous ImprovementAnalyze fulfillment and on-time delivery metrics (KPIs)Identify root causes for non-performance and implement corrective actionsDrive cross-functional improvement initiatives to optimize processes and efficiencyYour BackgroundDegree in Economics or Management Engineering OR minimum 2 years of experience in order fulfillment, logistics, or supply chain operationsStrong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP4HANA preferred)Excellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and stakeholder management abilitiesFluency in English and Italian (knowledge of French is considered a plus)Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple prioritiesCustomer-focused mindset with strong service orientationKnowledge of e-Mobility market is a plus: main components, regulations etc.Windows based systems and Office suiteProactivity, teamwork skills, problem solving and goal-oriented mindsetWhat’s in it for you?Work with the best specialists in their field, in a diverse environment with unparalleled global reach.
