Nel settore dell’Health & Personal care ricerca un Sales Director che avrà il compito di gestire e sviluppare la strategia commerciale, guidare un team di vendita e gestire i principali account strategici nei settori della cosmetica e della nutraceutica. Collaborare alla definizione della strategia commerciale a lungo termine in linea con gli obiettivi aziendali; Analizzare il mercato per identificare nuove opportunità di business; Elaborazione di report periodici per la direzione aziendale, con previsioni e analisi delle vendite future; Monitorare costantemente i principali indicatori di performance (KPI) commerciali; Gestione del budget di vendita per garantire che le attività siano condotte in modo economico e redditizio; Ottimizzazione delle risorse disponibili per massimizzare il ritorno sugli investimenti; Coordinare e motivare il team di vendita, stabilendo obiettivi chiari e misurabili; Supportare, formare e monitorare la performance del team di vendita sul campo; Partecipare a fiere di settore, eventi professionali e incontri con i clienti; Esperienza di almeno 7-10 anni nella vendita B2B, preferibilmente nel settore cosmetico e / o nutraceutico; Laurea in materie scientifiche (Biologia, Biotecnologie, Chimica o CTF) o economiche; Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese parlata e scritta (livello C1); Raggiungibile solo con mezzo privato.
